Bath Crystals

Studies have shown that magnesium and sulfate are both easily absorbed through the skin, making magnesium crystal baths an easy and ideal way to enjoy the associated health benefits. To use: Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium crystals into a full warm bath tub or warm foot bath and soak for 30-45 minutes. 
*Dissolve up to 6 lbs of magnesium crystals in a full tub bath for intense applications.
Temperature of the water should be warm, not hot. Rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel after your bath. Follow with applying MiracleMg Magnesium Cream for best results.
